Dennis Allen, better known as "Hollywood" is a tattoo artist through and through. His passion for art turned him to another direction after getting tattooed himself. Born in dallas texas and raised mostly in Wichita Kansas, Hollywood always had a passion for art from the time he was a young kid. Growing up and going through school was tough because he was always getting in trouble for drawing. It seems as if that was the only thing that he wanted to do. Hollywood learned the tricks of the trade by traveling and building his interesting career by himself. He started off almost eight years ago when he decided to give up doing custom paint and fabrication in the automotive industry. Building and painting custom cars and bikes was fun yet tedious and in the end he never seemed to find enough satisfaction in it. After going through a formal apprenticeship through a friend of his, dennis curnette who owned a tattoo shop named "electric art" in joplin missouri back in 2001. Hollywood has since traveled back and forth between Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas perfecting his skills as a artist. He dedicates all his time to constantly trying to better himself not only as a tattoo artist but a father as well. After spending the last two years in western oklahoma tattooing at pokes-n-prods in elk city, Hollywood is currently traveling around doing guest spots in different states.
