Who Rocks The Party?

For the last decade, DJ Overpour has been touring nightclubs and venues throughout Kansas City and the Midwest, delivering his creative mixes and party-rocking style to club goers of any flavor. Brian Arenson got his start DJing small parties and mobile events spending countless hours practicing and perfecting his craft. Soon it became apparent this was becoming more than just a hobby. As his passion grew into an obsession, he landed himself a position in the Promotions Department at radio station KCHZ 95.7 "The Vibe" and at KMJK "Magic 107.3". He also served as one of the in-house DJs. During these years, he developed an immensely thorough knowledge of marketing and nightclub relations, as well as an expertise in radio production. It didn’t take long before Brian was promoted to Production and Imaging Director of both stations. He created radio advertisements and commercial campaigns for thousands of local and nationwide clients. Armed with a keen producer’s ear, he began to hone his skills on the local DJ party circuit and has never looked back. With cutting-edge song selection and classics from all genres blended with a high energy vibe, he truly creates a vibrant and unparalleled party atmosphere for any crowd.

DJ Overpour also rocks parties as one half of the Midwest DJ sensation “The Lords of Tokyo". Together with DJ Bobby Keys, the Lords tour cities all over the country, scratching, blending and remixing party tracks LIVE on a 4-turntable setup. With innovative mixes combined with sharp turntable skills, the Lords of Tokyo are sure to take any show to the next level.

In the fall of 2008, DJs from all over the region descended on Wichita KS and after weeks of Party Rockin battles, DJ Overpour emerged as the proud Champion of the 2008 Midwest DJ Throwdown.
